The accommodation comprises:
Lounge with TV/Video/DVD player, wood burner, two settee's one that can convert into a double bed, blanket box, scatter cushions, books. Night storage heater.
Dining room with large oak dining table and four chairs. Original feature fireplace and cast iron range (Not for use). Side tables, radio and lamps. Night storage heater.
Fully equipped kitchen with new automatic washing machine, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Assorted crockery/cutlery/glasses cooking utensils etc. for up to 8 people.
Conservatory
with rattan three piece suite comprising a double sofa and two chairs, coffee
table, lamps and a pine dining table with bench seats seating 4-6 people.
Doors to deck and garden.
Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Wall heater and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers, vanity mirror, large double wardrobe, TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds,
walk in cupboard, chest of drawers and vanity mirror. Leads to:
Bedroom 3. Leading off bedroom 2 with bunk bed, chest of draws and water heater control panel.
Bed linen is provided.
A folder containing local area maps, brochures, guides and leaflets is provided for guests to refer to during their stay.
Visitors are requested to arrive not before 4 pm and to vacate the cottage by 10 am unless previously agreed otherwise.
